Knowledge Is Only Potential Power

Knowledge Is Only Potential Power. Massive Action Must Follow

They say that knowledge is only potential power and they are right, whoever they are. Sometimes we can actually do too much studying and research. This can lead to procrastination and a no success.

Jim Rohn says, “Don’t let your learning lead to knowledge. Let your learning lead to action.” I have to say that I have been guilty of that in the past. Spending most of my time finding out things first and then a lack of meaningful action follows.knowledge is only potential power

Now don’t get me wrong you need to find out how things work, but don’t make a degree course out of it. What Jim Rohn refers to is becoming a fool instead of wealthy. It is easy to spend all your time on theory alone and avoiding the necessary work that needs to be carried out, such as income producing activities.

Strategic Action Is The Key To Achievement

You need to place this everywhere that you can so that you see it daily. “Knowledge is only potential power.” I love learning new things, but you have to ask yourself a very important question when you are engaged in anything to do with your network marketing business, “Is this action that I am taking going to get me closer to or further away from my desired outcome?”

If the answer to that question is further away then you need to change something. If the answer is closer then well done. Just keep on doing the right things for your business. You might say something like, “How do I know whether what I am doing is the right thing or not?”

Take a look at two things to see if you are on target or not. Firstly the numbers of new people approached and followed up with and secondly the actual growth of your business. Ask yourself these questions,  “How many people am I exposing the business opportunity and products to?”  “Am I following up with all prospective partners and clients?” and “Is my business actually growing in terms of volume?”

So, by all means, learn what you need to know, but never forget why you are in business in the first place.
