You Must Be Willing To Change Course
Sometimes things don’t work out the way you want them to. So you have to be prepared to change course if things aren’t going in the right direction. You can’t keep hitting your head against a brick wall, it hurts and there may be a better way.
The key is awareness of how your actions affect your results. Now, sometimes the alterations are minimal, but the outcome could be quite dramatic. On occasions, your gut feeling will tell you that you need to revise your actions in order to obtain the solution you desire.
At other times you may not get that inner feeling and you will need to let your ideas evolve and see how they pan out. You need to ask yourself this question regularly:
Is what I am doing working?
If you remain sharp and focused you will know when it is time to alter your approach or whether to just leave it be. If you have something that is working well, then why change it. On the other hand, we have all heard seen the definition of insanity.
“The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.”
We All Have To Change Course At Some Time Or Another
Recently I found that there were several areas of my business that just weren’t working very well. These were in the areas of getting a new person started in the right way, generating leads and strategy. I realized that these areas needed changing urgently.
I consulted a trusted and respected leader regarding strategy and she imparted to me two very simple strategies that are working. Now I could have chosen to stay in that temporary rut and festered, but I took the bull by the horns and made that call.
By paying close attention to a mastermind group that I was a member of I found a new getting started training, which was simple and absolutely brilliant. This is now being implemented throughout our team.
I also purchased a course which is teaching me all about internet traffic and leads. My target is to use the information to generate leads through Facebook Ads.
Sometimes The Final Pieces Of The Jigsaw Fall Into Place
Now if I stayed in the mire I would have been both frustrated and unsuccessful. I realized that I had some challenges and instead of fussing and fretting over them I did something about it.
I don’t know about you but I just have to know how things work. It takes me a bit of time to find the answers, but when I do it becomes job done, well for now anyway.
The plan then is to stay on top of things and never let myself fall into the trap of accepting things as they are. So keep searching for answers and learn to overcome all hurdles and obstacles in your network marketing business.
You know that you can do it. Either navigate around brick walls or smash right through them.
