You Are The CEO When Prospecting

Remember You Are The CEO When Prospecting

You Are The CEO When Prospecting. That what I was told at the beginning of my home business career and it was right on the money. Your posture, self-image, and attitude are crucial when prospecting and sponsoring new team members.

You are sorting through people to find prospective partners who are looking for a change in their lives. So your job is to find out exactly what that change means to that individual and interview them accordingly.

This is because it’s your company and you want them to sell you on the idea they should join you. So stop trying to sell them! Now that’s abundance thinking.you are the ceo when prospecting

Why do you want them to sell you? Well, you have a potential solution for one, and secondly, you are looking for the right people to work with you. If you were the VP of a big company and someone was looking for a job with you, would you attempt to sell them on joining you? Hardly likely! There’s no difference.

You are the CEO of your own company. So think and act like one.

Dale Carnegie said, “Happiness doesn’t depend upon who you are or what you have; it depends solely upon what you think.”

One question you can ask prospective partners is, ” If I had a group of six people to choose from, why would I pick you ?” or “What are your top two attributes ?”

So remember when you are talking to people, you are the CEO when prospecting.

To Your Success
