Working With Winners

Are You Only Working With Winners?

Working with winners, in my opinion, is the only place to be.

Now I consider myself to be a winner, but what about you. Would you describe yourself as having a winning mentality. So before you bite my head off let me explain where I am coming from. In this nano-second culture I just do not have the time to work with those people who are not prepared to invest a little money and a lot of perspiration in their own business.working with winners

“I only work with people who have skin in the game.”

Now obviously I am well aware that the economic situation could be described as not being at its best. I absolutely disagree with this philosophy. I think it could not be better to build a business towards the end of the year and during next year. I will, however, only work with those people who are willing to invest, maybe $400, and add a lot of sweat equity to the mix. So ask yourself this question. “Is that you?”

If I am going to invest my time in someone then I want them earning at least $1000 a week in 6 months. So if you think that you have the drive, commitment and the reason (your reason why) to make it, then I will work with you on a one to one basis for as long as it takes. You see I am the type of leader who just loves working with winners.

Why would you not want to work with the very best, that are available? The main reason is that time is money and like you. I value my time greatly and I believe that it is worth between $500 and $1000 an hour. I do not suffer fools gladly, but that doesn’t mean that I do not build a hell of a lot of rapport with people and network well.

So Working with winners does not depend on the amount of money that someone has but more on their individual mindset and work ethic.
