Talk About Ideas, Not Others

Talk about ideas and keep your mind and focus on what matters most. The majority of people talk about other people. Most of these conversations are of a negative nature and are destructive. The reason is that this, if you take your eyes away from the prize, you dilute your effectiveness and execution.

In my opinion you should concentrate on obtaining some new clients and lead generation as your first targets and not aim your focus on any specific person or particular group and what they are doing or not doing. Worry about your success first and then your about ideas not people

Do not focus on other teams, unless it is to pick up good pointers, tips or techniques that can enhance your organization.

It’s important that you do not allow gossip and tittle tattle to ruin your chances of making your network marketing business work for you. If you divert your energy away from completing your own actions, your performance will suffer and you will be looking for membership of the ‘Blame Club’ or the ‘poor little old me’ group. You may then start complaining or whining.

Jim Rohn said, “If you spend five minutes complaining, you have just wasted five minutes. If you continue complaining, it won’t be long before they haul you out to a financial desert and there let you choke on the dust of your own regret.” 

So talk about ideas that are creative, innovative and unique. Learn to stand out from the crowd and keep forging forward. Keep things fresh, exciting and alive.

Never be drawn into little corners chatting about who did this and who did that. It is a complete waste of your time and time is the most valuable and precious resource that you have. This is where tunnel vision can work wonders for you. Go do it champ.
