Work With Strong People If You Want Success
Don’t waste time work with strong people. I think that the main reason you should only work with the right prospective partners is the sheer waste of time and energy. Weak people will sap your energy levels very quickly and you should avoid them at all costs. The same type of person will just eat your very valuable minutes like Pacman on a frenzy.
If you work with idiots then this will also affect your psyche big time. Do not tolerate these people for a single moment. Now, obviously it is your choice in the end and also you will be doing them a big favour also, as they will not waste their time and money also.
Even if these weak people join you, you will have to spend a lot of time just getting them to do what is required to get started. You should be looking for hungry people who want what you have badly. Remember you are not there to save the world, only find superb people to join your team, trust me on this one.
So, how do I make sure that these people do not waste my time?
The first thing to ensure is that your posture is top notch, not to be obnoxious, but to show that person that they are dealing with a successful leader. A lot of weak people will not spend much time with you because you are strong and confident.
The second thing is to ask quality questions when talking to everyone. The quality of your questions will determine what level of information you receive. The answers you obtain will include, not only that person’s experience(s), but also who they are, what their ambitions they have and where they want to go, moving forward.
The third thing is to work to a simple and successful pattern, which is duplicatable throughtout your team. This is to ensure that your team follow the same example and do not go off at tangents. This pattern should take you from A to Z, leaving no stone unturned, making it very easy to take someone through the whole system.
But what type of questions can I ask to get the right answers?
I think you need to be guided by your upline or leader here, but I will give you some examples that I and other leaders use:-
Q What has you looking for a business?
Q What are you doing for a living right now?
Q How long have you been doing that?
Q How is that going for you?
Q Are there some things you do not like about your job?
Q What do you love about your job?
Q What level of income are you used to earning?
Remember quailty questions will receive quality answers and sort out the correct candidates for your business opportunity. Practice makes permanent, so learn to become a professional and do not become attached to any one prospect.
