New Beginning

So, Is Your Next 12 Months Going To Be A New Beginning For You?

I very much hope that you see the new year as a time for a new beginning. It is a time for reflection on what has happened in the previous 365 days and also for you to start looking forward in excited anticipation of what the next 52 weeks may bring beginning

What is that you want?

That is the most important question with three days to go. Why? Because this gives you a three day window to make some sound decisions on your future. First of all, let us take a look at your performance and results diring the previous 365 days.

Are you happy and did you achieve what it was that you set out to complete? I hope so, but if you didn’t, what do you intend to do about it? Maybe your new beginning requires a new business opportunity and if that is so, then just possibly I can assist you there. But if you are already involved in the type of income opportunity that you feel will give you what you want in 2011, then I hope you receive what you are willing to work towards.

So what does a new beginning demand that you implement? Well, I think that this is very personal and it will depend on how well you took care of certain areas of your life in 2010.  I am just going to select a few areas, that you may wish to consider tweaking.

new beginningI really feel that your health and fitness are the starting points, because if you do not feel good, then the chances are that you will not even want to start on anything worthwhile.

So let me suggest a simple goal here and that might be to walk 1 or 2 miles every day. So maybe we are talking about your fitness, as in the amount and type of exercise you participate in. The healthiness  of your diet and whether it can be improved gradually. Can I suggest drinking 2 or 3 litres of water a day and eating more fruit and vegetables. The third part in this may relate to sleep and getting 6-8 hours sleep a night.

What I have touched on here is what I aiming at in the new year and part of a new beginning for me. The next area I am really going to work on is the mental area of my life. I am going to read more uplifting books every day and make it more of a habit.

Ask yourself this question, ” Do I take the time to develop my mind and if I do, am I doing enough?” Use these three days wisely to analyze your previous years performance and results. Then  determine the essential projects that need to be created and implemented during the coming 12 months.

Nobody can tell you what to do and these things must come from your internal desires only. I hope a new beginning has you tingling with anticipation. Be totally grateful for the many people that you have in your life but do not forget that this is a new year and any failures atre just things to learn from, not dwell on.
