Make A Difference In Someone’s Life
You can make a difference in the lives of other network marketers. It doesn’t take that much to change a person’s life for the better.
How can you do this?
It is not a case of just signing someone up, that is easy. It is making sure that you begin with a servant’s heart and care enough about them in the first place.
Now that does not mean pampering or being overprotective in some way. It means you are prepared to invest in yourself and learn the best ways of moving forward. Then going on to teach that new person what you know.
Making a difference means taking some people on the journey with you and having success together. You mustn’t spoon-feed people, but encourage them to grow progressively.
Do You Want To Influence Your Team In A Big Way?
The way you can do this is by making sure that everything you say to them has impact and is significant.
There are four things that you can do right now to ensure results for your team members:
1. Teach them to keep things real simple
2. Focus on just one thing at a time.
Teach the newbie to keep their focus on one simple action. They can then learn to master that one action and then move on to another action when ready. It could be something as simple as learning to smile and say hello to 20 people.
3. Promote The Hell Out Of Everything.
For a leader in network marketing, promotion is a key factor in success. Remember your team members will copy what you do, so make sure you are doing the best that you can do.
4. Get Them To Events With You And The Other Leaders.
If you want exponential growth then this is the best thing that you can do in your business. Go to all the events and take people with you. You will have a blast and your business will increase in size either whilst you are at the event or when you return. The effect of an event on your team can be off the charts.
There are a million and one things that can be suggested to a new person. However, overwhelm and overload have to be avoided at all costs.
So look to make a difference in the lives of other network marketers. Invest in yourself, learn what you need to learn and then teach it to others.
Teach people to keep it simple and focus on one thing at a time. Promote everything, such as webinars, opportunity meetings and team calls etc. Then make sure you invite and go with your team members to all events.
Personally I think that network marketing is a simple concept. The problem that you find is that people over-complicate matters and become confused. make sure that the business is fun and easy for everyone.
