Would You Consider Improving Self Image?
Yes, I want to see myself in a better light and generally feel relaxed and confident about things. But, how do I go about that, what have I got to do?
There has to be a starting point and it usually is because you are disgusted by how you think towards yourself or you realize that your views of yourself are just not good enough and require a major overhaul. You will start to change how you see yourself when the time is right for you. It will take time, practice and a whole lot of patience, but it is worth it in the long run.

So, what would I be looking to improve? I personally believe it is all about focusing on your self-esteem and gradually doing positive things to keep raising the bar, right up until you are fully satisfied with your progress and feel really good about yourself.
First of all, though you have to be completely honest with yourself and accept your position for what it is, temporary.
Then decide from that day on the majority of your thoughts and actions will definitely be positive in nature. But you must be realistic and understand that it isn’t going to be the easiest ride you have ever started. In the beginning, it may be tough but hang in there. It will get easier as you progress.
I think that if we were honest with ourselves and others, most of us talk ourselves down more often than not. You have to cut out all the bad monkey chatter and degrading self-talk.
Personally, I am learning to eliminate these negative feelings from my life gradually. Improving self-image is definitely in most of our thoughts and minds quite a bit of the time.
Why am I writing about this subject? Because it is very close to my heart and something that I have been battling with for the last 10 years or so.
Am I winning, you better believe I am and I now see a great future ahead. Does that mean I personally have won the battle? No, I still have a long way to go.
So I want to give you a massive tip to start the journey on improving self-image and that is this.
SPEND THE MAJORITY OF YOUR TIME AROUND PEOPLE WHO CELEBRATE YOU AND DO NOT JUST TOLERATE YOU.
In other words spend your time surrounded by people that uplift you, support you and fortify your new positive environment.
