Cul De Sac. Ever Found Yourself There

Well, Have You Ever Found Yourself In A Cul De Sac?

I can only tell you what I did and that was to keep searching for the right business opportunity that suited me. Did I consider giving up and just concentrating on a job, you better believe it. But this lasted for about 5 minutes and then I made a decision to find a worthy cause for my talents and abilities.have you ever found yourself in a cul de sac

My two previous ventures were great and I learned a tremendous amount about myself and online businesses, but I realized that I needed to be in a business with a successful track record, that had been around for at least 5 years. It had to be fun, enjoyable and exciting, but at the same time something I was passionate about.

Well over a year ago, I was approached by a business acquaintance, John. He had joined a company that was well established and he told me to consider going into business with him and he warned me that being at the beginning or startup of a new company was exciting but fraught with danger, as most businesses do not last long when they start.

I chose to ignore my friend and plowed right on with this startup and wouldn’t you know John was 100% correct and the new venture petered out after a year. I have to say that the opportunity was started by a bunch of good people I personally knew and trusted. These were previously successful people in another venture, but still, it bombed.

So I went back to John, having wasted another year of my life and asked about his project/business. In that time he had risen to become a 6 figure earner within that company. I reviewed all the material and got started about a week ago.

I received my product in the last three days and I was amazed at the quality. The business is either at or near the billion dollar mark in sales and is steadily growing. I would love to say to you that I have become an instant hit with this new company and business is booming, but I can’t as I have been in this new company for less than a week. But one thing I did do, that John recommended to me was conducting my own due diligence, which I did, as I spent a good 4 hours (which for me is a lifetime) researching this company. I think the key for me was that I couldn’t find any bad publicity at all.

I have no idea where this new venture is going to take me, but I can see 6 figures a year over the next 12 months.

What about you? Are you at that point in your career where you may be looking for a change of direction? Are you in the cul de sac and need a little help?

What are you going to do now with your time? Are you going to quit online businesses or search out something new? Are you an opportunity seeker?
