How Do You Feel About Fear?

Fear and doubt will hold you back. We are all fearful at some stage in our lives, a certain percentage of people are in fear most of their time on this planet and this is definitely not the way to be.

So what are the types of fear that you will have to overcome and how are you going to improve things?fear and doubt

The best place to go to is the classic book, Think And Grow Rich, by Napoleon Hill, who in chapter 15 talks about ‘How To Outwit The Six Ghost Of Fear.’

What I wanted to do is give my own opinion on things and see if I could assist people in this area with real recent stories.

There are basically six areas that Hill talks about including the fear of, Poverty, criticism, ill health, loss of the love of someone, old age and health.

You see I personally believe that they are all linked because if you are the type of person who is fearful, all of these fears will get to you. So maybe the answer is to change the way you think all of the time. I can honestly say that I have suffered from fearful thinking about each one during my lifetime, but only briefly though. Fear and doubt are just horrible and so debilitating. 

So how can you overcome any unpleasant emotion and the answer is action, do something and keep doing it until it becomes second nature? It is a bit like driving a car or riding a bike, you just start at the beginning and keep at it, finally becoming a habit. Repetition is extremely important here, over and over again will lead to a permanent skill. Even something like the fear of public speaking can be eliminated with massive practice. 

I think your degree of happiness is also something that will help how you overcome any fear to an extent. If you are happy you are more liable to take direct action to rid yourself of fear.

There are many things that you can do to assist you in reducing any pain, but the best is massive action. However, I found that reading books regularly helped me get over the fear of speaking in public. I was fearful of illness as a child because of asthma, so I took up cross country, played soccer and It went away.

I also believe that using the right affirmations and listening to effective audio programmes are other ways that you can smash your fear to pieces gradually over time.

If it is poverty that probably affects over 90% of people then please do something about it. Find a great income opportunity and make some great money

The key here is to actually do something that moves you in the right direction all of the time. Remember F.E.A.R. stands for False Evidence Appearing Real.

It is false really, but it doesn’t feel like that to you or me, it feels real and it is nasty. It is your choice what you do with your fear but please do not be handcuffed for the rest of your life, it is your choice.
