Face Problems Head On And Do Not Delay
When presented with a problem, challenge or an obstacle, how do you face up to it? Do you put it to one side and leave it alone until it becomes this big mental monster or would you move quietly, quickly and solve the problem without any fuss or bother? I know we would all like to deal with things rapidly, but do we?
I hope that moving forward from today you develop the ability to overcome any challenges you may have. Because when you do it is very uplifting and refreshing. If you leave problems they will grow and something that was only a small obstacle has now become a nightmare. So how do you deal with problems in the right way?
Here are three steps to solve your dilemma.
A. Identify the problem. You must know exactly what it is that you have to do.
B. Come up with a solution. Once you have identified the problem or challenge you have to go to work on a solution. Now stay with this challenge until you have cracked it. Take as long as you need to come up with a plan of action. Do not go on to anything else, stay focused on the outcome.
C. Never mention the problem again. You never, ever mention the challenge again, you only ever talk about the solution. As an example, if you were in the process of becoming happier then affirmations may well be one route you were going to go down. So instead of talking about being sad and unhappy, you may wish to tell yourself something like this.
Every day in every way I am becoming happier and happier Now obviously some challenges are going to take a little bit more than that, but I think you can understand what I mean. But the KEY here is to face problems head on and not to shy away from them.
