Everyone Is Way Under-Performing

Everyone Is Way Under-Performing

Everyone is way under-performing. Network Marketers under-perform every day, it’s just the way things are I am afraid. I bet you are saying, “But I work hard every day.” Remember I said everyone.

When I was training as an athlete, we completed two long sessions daily, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. But we always knew deep down, we could have done more in those sessions. Now, I am not saying that we weren’t working hard, but there was always at least one more thing we could have done to improve.

So how do we under-perform in network marketing?

Well I think the best way of answering that question is to suggest that we all keep score regularly, consistently and persistently. In other words being totally aware of your results every day, without fail.

Delivering Results Is The Name Of The Game

So, do you keep score and make a record of what you actually do every day? Because at the end of the day our results never lie. We put down a marker initially, but fail to push that marker further along the road continuously.

We are all failing to reach peak performance and use our true capabilities on a grand scale. I can hear you saying to yourself, “How much more can I do?”everyone is way under-performing

This isn’t about working hard, although that is always a good place to start. This is about goal setting, planning and reviewing our performance.

Let me give you an example:

You are an athlete and start your next 90 day cycle on January 1st and you know that it ends on the 31st March. Your outcome is to run a half marathon in 1 hour 30 minutes. You already can run that distance in 1.45. So you are looking to shave 15 minutes from your best time.

Now most people will just look at the run itself and try to better their times. Now, that is okay if you want to remain average. But in order to progress properly, you must improve many other different areas during that 90 day run, if you are to reach your desired outcome.

So what areas will you have to work on;- sleep, hydration, nutrition, rest, relaxation, stretching, specific exercises, endurance and speed, just to name a few. Still want to be average?

Using Your Untapped Potential Is A Requirement

You have to look inside yourself and see what is possible for you, because at the moment you are operating nowhere near your true potential.

We all need to be constant learners and ensure the learning process teaches us strict disciplines and success habits. We all need to keep digging our well much deeper.

In network marketing, there are also many different areas where you and I will have to master. No one is expects you or anyone else to crack it in 90 days.

These are the areas to progress in:- lead generation, prospecting, sponsoring, follow up and team building. When you first look at these areas they can be overwhelming, frustrating and confusing, but taken gradually, they can be overcome.

The bottom line is this, you can win at this game if you play by the rules and stick around.

So answer this question for yourself,

“Do I want to be an under-performing average performer or a peak performer?”

To Your Success
