Do You Learn Something New Every Day?
Now, before you jump down my throat (I am laughing), understand that I am not suggesting for one minute changing what is working for you. If you are into the groove and have everything working really well, then don't change anything, but learning something new every day definitely, spices things up.
But what I am putting forward is the idea of keeping things interesting and exciting, by maybe introducing something extra or funny into your day.
So what can you do? How are you going to interject something into your day to keep mixed things up?

This is a great way of broadening your horizons and becoming more confident.
Personally I find you tube a great place for finding new ideas, videos and information. One of my passions is health and wellness, so I researched sugar the other day and came across a video relating to "Sugar Is Toxic."
Try Something New Every day
On occasions you have to break up the monotony and I experienced this when I was training as an athlete.
We used to work with proven training programs that were effective and efficient, but sometimes we also wanted to do something different.
An example that we came up with was training in walking boots, rather than running spikes. It sounds daft, but it was superb training, because when we returned to the correct footwear we felt like we were running on air.
It really doesn't matter what you do, just along as you are creative and innovative. Using the above training example, we also brought in different training methods like running up mountains, sand dunes and in the sea. These separate methods made life just a bit more fun.
