The Distributors Are The Ones Developing An Entrepreneurial Culture
Network Marketing companies are not really developing an entrepreneurial culture themselves. But what they do is provide the right vehicle and environment for that feeling to exist and grow.
For an entrepreneurial culture to exist within an organization or in fact your own team or group, you need to be aware of what is required. In some ways, this culture is more an attitude or an all-around good feeling that permeates into a crowd of hungry entrepreneurs.
The first part of developing an entrepreneurial culture is knowing that it all starts with outstanding leaders who grab the vision and realize that people have to adopt the winning mindset. So what those leaders do is ensure that their distributors or team do not waste time engaging in activities which take them out of that entrepreneurial mindset.
So the first area is all about wealth and abundance. By nature, an entrepreneur must be focusing on becoming wealthy. If they are not focused on wealth, then they most probably are wasting their precious and valuable time.
There are plenty of books on the subject of wealth and I would recommend ‘Rich Dad Poor Dad’ by Robert Kiyosaki, as a must read.
Believe me, this is an abundant planet and the excited entrepreneur has to accept that there is plenty of money and many prospective partners out there in the world. There are many thousands of people joining network marketing and MLM companies every week.
I have to say that I found it just as easy selling a business for $22K as selling a $97 information product. So there is interest and money out there, but you have to have the right attitude and mindset to succeed.
You know with heaps of job uncertainty, the fields of gold have never looked better than they do this moment.
So accept that the same money is out there, but maybe in different hands. So maybe you need to speak to a few more people in order to find them.
But this blog entry is about developing an entrepreneurial culture, so abundance and wealth mentality need to cascade throughout your organization and not kept to yourself.
