An amazing team attitude must be on the agenda, where everyone is prepared to help anyone (who deserves it), but the main point about being an entrepreneur is the individual’s ability to adapt to situations as they occur and overcome the challenge.
So it really is a mix and match type of scenario, where the successful entrepreneur can roll with the punches, drawing on the group on occasions, but ensuring that creativity and innovation are uppermost in their mind as well.
The entrepreneur must develop the skills of working within a team or group, but also have the trait of going it alone sometimes.

Can I work smoothly within a team environment?
The ability to bridge the gap between both these separate skillsets is extremely critical if you as an individual and the organization can move on to your goals simultaneously. Sometimes it is great to be able to cook a meal for one, but it is also exciting to be able to cook for a dinner party.
Early on when you are building a group of distributors you have to understand that it is most important to get it right from the beginning and understand that you are laying the groundwork for future achievement, not only for you but many others as well. So building the correct entrepreneurial culture is vital to everyone’s ambitions in the coming years.
It is a balancing act between the expectations of your group and what you really want from such a culture. But the key here is rapid expansion and momentum, but at the same time looking for a smooth transition from an employee mentality to the mindset of an entrepreneur.
