If anybody wants to build a large group or organization in network marketing then they must ensure that they are totally authentic in every way. This would be about being original and not counterfeit, therefore worthy of trust, reliance, or belief. Network marketing professionals are a great example to follow.

One misleading, negative or incorrect statement made or action carried out, can destroy all of the good work a leader in network marketing has put in previously.

A leaders authenticity will be seriously undermined if they are caught in a lie or similar. It all means that a leader should tell it like it is and from the heart, not sugar coating anything or becoming indifferent to the outcome of what they say or do.

Being authentic for a network marketer is caring that people receive accurate information. training and coaching, not false assistance or the promise that never materializes.

Being authentic is about people knowing who they are and not trying to be someone else.

So are you worthy of acceptance in your world? You cannot be who you are not, because your true colours will shine through eventually.

But then tell that person, that you will find the answer and get back to them as soon as you can.

What Does ‘Being Authentic’ Mean?

Authentic’ is a descriptive and powerful word, deserving the space to breathe. So here I feel to shine a little light on the subject by sharing a perspective on what being authentic really means, perhaps even dispelling a few myths in the process.

Authentic’ means from the source or origin. Being authentic in a spiritual sense means ‘as expressed directly from the source’, through the soul.

It is the raw, naked, unhindered expression of beingness of the soul. Authenticity is a quality of being. That’s why we say ‘being authentic’ not ‘doing authentic’

You Know You Have Developed Authenticity When You Are Undoubted And Unquestioned

It is vital that others do not find flaws in your character and in what you say. They must feel comfortable around you as a leader and never doubt or question your words. This requires you as a leader to speak the truth and teach the right stuff.

It Pays To Be An Authentic Leader

Being authentic has a knock on effect on your both your pay packet and reputation. Your true self is your true self and you cannot shy away from that.

Inauthenticity will drive people away from you, whereas authentic magnetism will draw people towards you. So do your utmost to become that authentic professional.,/span>

Always Aim For Authentic Happiness

Your self image, attitude and your smile must be genuine and not false, because people will see straight through insincerity.

Network marketing professionals should display authentic happiness and not some canned happy grin, which people will dismiss very quickly and be repelled by you and not attracted to you.

Remember happiness has to be the way to build a network marketing business. Be business like by all means but not stern along with it.

Any leader in our profession must be bona fide, the real deal and pukka, or as the Aussie’s say fair dinkum. Because people smell a rat and will not want to associate with you. So don’t try to be who you are not. Know your business and never disguise your lack of success, activity or knowledge.

You know how to be authentic and there is never any excuse for anything other than true authenticity. A lack of authenticity will deplete your followers or numbers quite rapidly. In fact you may well find yourself very much alone in the future, if you not become the authentic leader that will all know you can become. Never take short cuts on your way to the top.
